This top quality organic cacao is sourced from the area surrounding the Rio Abiseo National Park, situated in the province of Mariscal Caceres, San Martin in Peru. Agriculture sustains most of the people that live in this area and some of the best organic cacao in the world is produced in this region. This is confirmed by the award obtained last year at the Salón del Chocolate trade fair in Paris.
Our suppliers are dedicated to collecting fresh cacao produced by its local farmers and then providing the fermenting, drying, selecting, final packing facilities and finally the finished product.
