The cloud forests and milder valleys of the Eastern Andean slopes up to 1500 meters in height are also home to Bobinsana. Pretty pink to reddish powderpuff-like flowers, a characteristic of the Mimosa family to which Bobinsana belongs, are produced by this plant.
